Whipping Instructions: Pour cold topping (2 - 4 °C) in a chilled bowl using approx. 10% of bowl capacity. Whip at medium speed until firm peaks are formed. Do not over whip. Whipping time will vary with quantity whipping speed and bowl size.
For example, at medium speed, one litre of product will take 8 - 12 minutes in a 10 quart bowl for maximum yield.
