WHAT IS KEFIR?

What is Kefir? Kefir is a fermented drink made out of either grain or powdered starter culture. It is similar to yogurt in that they are both fermented, (can) be made with milk and contains powerful probiotics. Kefir's name is derived from a Turkish word "keif' which means "good feeling".
